Work directly with business owners and the organization's business leaders to coach and help them develop their leadership skills. Executive coaching to the senior leaders as well as leadership coaching to the mid-level managers to ensure the leadership credo is aligned up and down the organization. Also provide individual coaching for individual professionals and those outside an organizational engagement who want to develop their leadership skills. Both engagements are customized to help the clients meet specific goals and develop specific skills that help them achieve success on their terms.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What leaders believe, they do. Therefore the coaching process such as ours that delves into the attitudes behind the behaviors of successful leaders requires an investment of time. Our clients have all made the personal commitment to become great leaders. Subscribing to the myth you can become a great leader by going to a single class or reading a book will have limited results at best. While these are great supporting actions, nothing replaces building the right attitude to create the leadership behavior that help achieve sustainable success, both personally and professionally. When looking for a coach, the key element is trusting the coach enough to be as objective as possible to get to the core of who you are and who you want to be.
