We charge $120 per hour for on-site services and $100 for remote services. Most phone calls a free even if the tech can talk you through fixing a problem.

For a new customer we will address any critical issues as quickly as possible, then provide a network evaluation to ensure that everything is running efficiently. We strive to become a partner in your success, trying to learn your business processes and employee capabilities and recommend services and products that can improve efficiency and revenue for your business.
