Patrick did an outstanding job getting my property ready to sell. He handled everything from painting and closet repairs to replacing the back door and installing a new vanity, and the quality of his work was excellent across the board.

What really stood out was his communication—he kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything easy to manage, even with me being out of state. That level of reliability and professionalism made a huge difference.

Patrick can do everything! Not only did he do all of the in-scope work that we agreed to (painting, flooring, wall accents) but he also helped out with little one off tasks that came up along the way. He was fast, reliable, and does high quality work. I recommend him very highly!

Patrick was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend selecting him for any painting project, reasonable pricing, conscientious, timely results. I had the majority of my condo painted, including all of the stained window casings, trims,moldings, doors and kitchen cabinets. I was also able to get assistance with add on items like changing out door and lighting fixtures. Before and after photos included.

Patrick came out on short notice and finished some lingering projects from the summer, super quickly and they look great. Doors on hinges, closet shelving built, switches wired. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in the area who needs help.

I wish I could have selected more positive attributes for Vandaveer. They were punctual, great communication, courteous coming in & out of my home, and even fixed my screen door from slamming which had been on my to do list for a year. They came to install moldings for a doorway & did wonderful. We plan to hire them for more work!
