My son and I recently purchased our home, only to discover we had some unwelcome "neighbors" already living in the attic. A raccoon had been up there for almost a year! We were completely frustrated and tried everything to get it out. We even hired another company first, but they did a terrible job, they just set traps and didn't even bother to find where the raccoon was getting in and out.
