LoDolce is passionate about soccer and sharing this knowledge. It is evident in the techniques she teaches to develop her players and the kind but firm way she pushes them to do their best. Our children have improved in their playing on the field. LoDolce takes the time to properly develop their skills as overall players, physically and mentally. Our family is fortunate to have found LoDolce as a soccer trainer for our children. She is early to every session, flexible on location, shares her enthusiasm of the sport, and amazing soccer mentor.

We've been working with Angelina for about six weeks focusing on soccer skills for our two daughters, ages 14 and 12. LoDolce's Performance Edge, Angelina, has been foundational in the growth of son Steven. Angelina has been privately training Steven for several years and understands the needs and aspects of his level Focusing on the individual keeper and how to better help him grow in the technique and tactical awareness has been instrumental in their growth of Steven not only as a keeper, but as field player. Angelina's experience of helping keepers at all levels has been noted within professional clubs and high schools is very instructional, disciplined, and motivational. Angelina is amazing. We have had 3 or 4 private sessions and we are seeing huge progress for our 15yr old GK. She also started recording the sessions which is a great value-add. I would highly recommend Angelina. You will not be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please reach out to me for pricing. The price per hour varies depending on the number of athletes in a session, the number of sessions per week, and the addition of performance training. What is included in the base price of each session: Link to a Video of The Session Soccer Balls Access to Field Other Equipment Including- Bands, Cones, Poles, Bibs, Bounceback, etc. *Performance training can be added to any session with any number of people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new athlete the first thing I always do is talk with both the parents and the athlete to determine what exactly they are looking to get out of the sessions. This helps us collaboratively set specific goals for the athlete to continue to work towards during our time together. Moreover, it helps me design the sessions to meet the specific needs of the athlete. The next step is scheduling an initial session. The first session is structured to help me assess the technical, physical, and tactical abilities of the athlete. It provides a baseline model of the athlete's current level of skill and cognition. From this first session, I develop a comprehensive, multidimensional training program that addresses the athlete's points of improvement while also building upon their strengths. After the first session, it is common for athletes to sign up for a consistent day and time each week. This is when the real learning and work begin. With consistent training, the athlete and I are able to effectively build their skills and knowledge of soccer by compounding lessons, key points, and techniques from the previous sessions. By building off of previous sessions the athlete will learn and establish better skills and techniques; and, more importantly, they will understand how these skills are applied and executed during a game.
