- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Fox offers unlimited photo packages that will work for your budget. We beat competitor's prices. Calling and discussing your options is the best way to find out about discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple phone call, email, or text to get things started. We ask what your date is and if we have it available we will pencil you in. From there, if you are serious about booking with us we require a deposit to hold the date at which point we will send over a simple and easy to understand contract and options sheet for you to fill out and send back with your preferred method of deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Fox has worked in the photo/video industry for over ten years. He has a bachelors degree in film and video production and has been all over the country taking photos and video for companies large and small.
