Kirby responded to an issue within a few minutes of messaging, was able to meet the next day to diagnose the issue, and worked on a holiday weekend to complete the work (A/C coil leak). Would call him again.

This guy is the best Thumbtack find I’ve come across in two years of using Thumbtack. We already had a furnace repairman out who couldn’t figure out the problem. This guy offered to come out same day (it was cold), fixed the problem and then decided to give our furnace an impromptu once over, noticed a couple other issues that needed to be fixed — then he quickly fixed them. He talked us through what he was doing and gave us a great education. That would have been a win.
What took it to the next level was that he stayed around for an extra 45 minutes and randomly installed our new electric oven - for free. We planned to call an electrician to hardwire it but he just decided to do it for us. Just because he’s a great guy. It was nearly 9 pm when he left. I’m sure he was exhausted after a long day but he still decided to do us this kindness.
Really great guy. You should hire him.

My air conditioner decided to break on one of the hottest days of the year. I decided to call Northstar and they were at my home within one hour of the original phone call. Kareem diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts on his truck and was able to get my system back up and running within 30 minutes. I will never call another company besides northstar again! Prompt and professional!

We hired Kirby to replace a flame sensor on our Munchin boiler. He was super responsive and was able to accommodate a visit to fix the problem that evening. He was able to provide us information about our boiler that was looked over by our previous maintenance. We will definitely continue to work with him for our 2 flat.

Less expensive than bigger companies because we have less overhead. We always offer discounts to repeat customers or customers referred by others. We are a family company that will serve you quality work and value.

Receiving a request of service, meeting the client in their home or business, diagnosis or estimates, laying out options to client, then we start work if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are offered paid training, a 2 year associates degree in Air Conditioning and Heating technology, and are sent to classes by manufacturers to keep our technology in the field and to the customer current and modern.
