Chef Frank was very professional and quick to respond to all queries. He was flexible in scheduling and location and considerate given that we were in the middle of moving houses. The lesson was a birthday present for my 9 year old daughter and he made it an event to remember. Frank prepared an genuine Italian feast for our annual golf trip final dinner, delicious from appetizers to entrees to wine to dessert to cigars and Sambuca. The group was able to mingle much more than sitting at a long restaurant table. Frank customized his menu to fit our desires and offered some good ideas. And he interacted well with the group sharing stories and laughs. We received all positive comments from the group and Frank will become part of the group’s traditions. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After a brief discussion with the customer, I will identify appropriate dishes and recipes to teach. I will provide the ingredients and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always taking new classes to keep up with changing trends in the culinary field. Reading and learning new recipes. And of course trying new restaurants to see whats new.
