I asked to have an estimate because another contractor was taking too long to get permits but then four hours later that contractor contacted me and said he got the permits so I apologized that I was wasted this guy’s time and he had the audacity and the unprofessionalism to message me back and tell me I wasted his time and his money even though he hadn’t even come for an estimate yet. I find this very rude and unprofessional. Use innovative concrete construction. They are reasonable and polite.
