  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Consultations are complimentary for the Chicagoland and surrounding suburb areas. If a fee applies to your location, we will discuss the deposit on our brief initial discovery call. All projects are custom-tailored to the needs of each client and are offered at one flat price per project based on the required consultation. Our minimum level of engagement is $5,000. We do not provide hourly labor packages or "pay as you go" options. Our rate includes all materials, subcontractors, employee labor, services, designs, consultations, and travel. Your solution = price = done. As simple as that!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first thing we do is schedule a 10-minute complimentary phone call to learn what you're considering, identify the budget, and determine whether you are a good fit. If we may be a good fit, we will schedule a recommended consultation. The consultation is the time to walk through the spaces we discussed over the phone. We will look at the details, assess the work, and really dig-in to the importance of this investment for you so the service and feedback provided have a meaningful impact! Following the consultation, you will receive a guaranteed flat rate, recommendation summary, and estimated project timeline. I like to begin with tackling one room at a time - the most used/needed space - then going on to the next space. At that time, you select a package that suits your needs. Once payment and contract has processed, we can schedule out all necessary logistics by creating a project plan. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to ask!   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a professional nanny, home manager and organizer for multiple families ongoing. I am also a military veteran and a mother which means that I am structured and regimented in my process, AND I know how to be flexible and creative in order to make it work with unique solutions! I have also done (and continue to conduct) extensive research on my own about organizing methods so that I am able to customize the experience to work for you and your family long-term after the sessions are complete.
