Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. Additionally, he has a great positive energy that helps us get in the right mindset. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We work on a monthly rates. We offer both 40 and 60 min sessions. The clients monthly rate is dependent on which type of session is chosen and how many times per week the client chooses or is suggested by our pros!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually like to speak to them on phone to get acclimated. Then we set up a consultation with a free trial session, goals discussion, measurements, and schedule set up!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold two bachelors degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biology as well as an associates in clinical nutrition. I worked in hospitals and medical office settings for 5 years in cardiology, cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation, renal and orthopedic units.
