- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price as there are too many variables to consider. There are several factors that help us to determine pricing. For tree removal and stump removal, the main are the overall size and accessability of the tree and stump. The more obstacles to work around, the more time on the job and the higher the cost. If the tree or stump is located in a fenced in back yard, then the width of the gate is helpful information to determine which machine will be needed for the job. The more information a client can provide, the more accurate the quote will be. Many stump removal prices can be quoted over the phone after obtaining some general information from the client, However, for complete tree removal, we would need to assess the situation on site to provide an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very accessible via phone, text message or email to answer any questions you may have about me or the removal process. I believe it is important to be available and communicate with customers to make them feel comfortable about choosing Metallo Stump Removal. You will deal directly with me, on the phone and on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of field work experience in the tree care industry and am a member of the International Society of Arboriculture which helps me stay up to date with changes and new information in the industry.
