Hi, my name is Sahil Kapadia. I own TheCityMix.com, a website designing and hosting company.
I built this business for new and existing businesses. I take learning technology out of the equation for you so that you can grow your business. I am honest, quick to respond and always giving my customers additional tools so that we can all be successful.
I am a widowed father of two children and wanted to be productive with my time, so I started The City Mix on October, 13, 2016 as a way to occupy my evenings. My business started growing and I was able to focus on it full time August of 2017. I am building a dream while being close to support my daughter and son. Ever since that point, I have improved my web designing abilities and have become a industry leader.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know we are in a tough economy, but still deserve the best. I will come up with a pricing plan that works for your business. I want to work with you and build and establish mutual trust and support.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - The process is to find out what they want to accomplish with the website.
2 - How many pages were they thinking to have?
3 - Colors of their logo and design the home page template.
4 - Once the home page is approved, the header and footer are created.
5 - Create sub pages
6 - Create contact form
7 - Sign off on final deliverable. We do not go into support until you are completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will draft up instructions on how to add postings, modify content. I am always here to help and will work with you. If your website is hosted by TheCityMix, text changes and image changes are free. Support is always free.
