I hired Ganga Movers on 04/28/2026 to load / move furniture and belongings from 3rd Floor condo (no elevator / stair only access) near downtown Chicago to a storage unit in West Chicago. Quote process: Ganga was very responsive, gave transparent pricing and based on pictures and description given gave approximate hour estimate to complete. They were very competitively priced, they were not the cheapest quote but when comparing apples to apples they had a slightly larger truck and had added a 3rd person (which was needed for this move). That and a more realistic hour estimate gave me better confidence they had reviewed info i had provided and they could complete move keeping within my budget. Move Day: Ganga communicated very well day of move and showed up right on time. I was not as ready as i had hoped to be, still had a small amount of packing to complete and as i had opted to take apart furniture myself had not had time to do bed and dinning table. Ganga worked very efficiently around me loading all things ready and then also took the bed apart for me as i had not got to that yet. They wrapped furniture well and pack all very securely. Can say enough about their work ethic, lots of stairs, large / heavy / bulky furniture and more than average amount of heavy boxes and they really hauled ass getting things loaded in a very timely manor. Overall the total hours was about 1 more than they had quoted, honestly I was expecting that to be 2 hours over as i knew how heavy furniture and boxes were as well as stairs not the easiest to carry everything down. And once i also accounted for not being fully ready and also time added to take bed apart then i would say their estimate of hours needed was spot on which is really impressive for a move like this! Final bill: was fully inline with their transparent quote, no unexpected charges added, and total extras about $20 for extra packing / wrapping materials they provided for wrapping some furniture which was VERY reasonable. When i compare their final costs compared to what a "DIY Move" would have cost me (renting a U-Haul truck+milage+gas, and moving labor at either end on same day) then final costs was VERY comparable, and using Ganga reduced my risk as well as making my move much simpler / less stressful for me to complete. Summary: Very happy i chose Ganga Movers to do my move, team were very hard working, efficient, highly skilled at what they do, and easy to get on with. They protected furniture and loaded truck very well, and at other end unloaded and packed all things neatly and orderly in storage unit. I had a great experience with Ganga Movers, this wasn't an easy load and they totally nailed it in every way! If i was to do this move again then they would be the first number i called. I would 100% use them again !

These two moved so quickly and were so careful with my stuff! It was like magic! They even disassembled and reassembled my beds. All heavy furniture got to me quickly and without a scratch. Amazing work!

Desperately in need of quick help and they came through within an hour scheduled something for the next day and I showed up properly on time and worked extremely hard for all the contracted hours. They helped in four hours what would’ve taken me four weeks really really appreciate their help and kindness and will definitely be calling them again.
