I’ve tried to deal with two large HVAC companies since moving to the area last year from Chicago with multiple poor experiences. Not only did Christopher quickly identify the immediate issue I was having that these other “seasoned technicians” were not able to identify, but he seems to have corrected an overall issue with the way the zoned system was setup. I had the company that installed my system here when I first moved in because it didn’t seem like things were working as they should, and even they were not able to figure this out (they said “everything is fine.”) Unlike the others, Christopher listened to me, was consultative, and treated me like a person. When the control board I needed came in, he made the trip here off-hours to get it installed so I wouldn’t worry about things in 100+ degree weather when out of town. If you need someone who is resourceful and experienced, I highly recommend Christopher.

I gave him a call and he came right out the same day. It’s a about 30 minutes and he found the issue with my furnace and fixed it. He’s not pushyng and he breaks things down for A normal person to understand. I will highly recommend him. Give him a shot.
