For those of us who don’t know what we’re doing, we gotta cross our fingers and hope we land on a talented and trustworthy professional. Michael (MKJ Home Services) is just that. Clear, honest, and efficient. Oh, and very polite! Which is such a nice change of pace. We had a pretty straight forward door handle job for him, but with a few wrinkles, and his instincts were to try to save us money with the right fix. He did just that. After that, instead of trying to upsell us, he sought to max out the time we had paid for by helping with anything else. It was the way he did that which made us feel at ease, and confident we found someone we could trust. A major bonus is that he was clear about what he was proficient at vs. trying to claim he could do anything. That turned into recommendations of other trustworthy talent. He came to help two idiots with a door handle, and left as the lead prospect for a half dozen other projects. Check him out!

Mike did an amazing job refreshing three rooms for us. He repaired and replaced drywall, replaced baseboards, doors, window trim, and painted. His attention to detail is unmatched! He took time to make sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied with the result. We’re especially pleased with how this media book turned out in one of the bedrooms! (See pic) Pricing was very competitive and fair. We will definitely be working with him again when we’re ready to do more projects ☺️
