- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Radon mitigation jobs can be pretty standard, but there are often unique conditions of a home that could complicate the install. Remember, no two homes are exactly alike! After asking a few questions, we can typically build an estimate over the phone and have it sent to our clients in just minutes. You don't have to worry about hidden fees with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a basic questionnaire that we go through with each client to understand more about their home and situation. The questions will include information about the foundation type (basement, crawl space, combination); the age of the home; if there are sumps and ejector pits, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed Radon Mitigation Professionals. Illinois has set a rigorous procedure in place to ensure that only qualified personnel are licensed to perform radon mitigation services.
