Best Agent I have ever worked with. My wife and I were looking to relocate from the West Coast to the Chicago area and a co-worker of mine had recommended I give Chris Rosenberg a call to see if he could help us. Even though our move wouldn't be for another year, I explained to Chris what my wife and I were looking for and Chris immediately went to work and set us up to received MLS listings. From that initial call to the day we closed, Chris was with us all the way. He was patient and went out of his way to accommodate us and put my entire family at ease and had driven my wife, son and I on three different occasions and spent day after day showing us the homes and different areas and explained in great detail what to look for in a home, property and the different communities we were looking. Chris was very knowledgeable on housing construction, taking care of your property and was so easy to work with and never once made us feel that we had made a mistake. He even gave us advice on selling our old house as we could not trust the realtor we used to sell our previous home. He didn't rush us through any of the homes we looked and didn't try to up sell us on a more expensive house. I couldn't have made the move across the country without him and was a true professional. I feel that I not only bought a house with a great realtor but made a friend.

SO happy to write this review on Chris! Chris is a great agent to work with. He knows his job SO well, and he has a professional, kind, warm personality - never pressures you. He helped us find our new home, and he helped our son find a condo. He always goes above and beyond in making sure you see what's out there and he gives great advice about price negotiation, and many other things the average buyer might not think of. Can't recommend him highly enough and we will definitely use his services again to sell our home.

We met Chris when we put in a tour request for a house in Itasca. After meeting him, we decided to use Chris as our realtor. Glad we did. He is thorough, knowledgeable and always had time for us. Not only does he know the neighborhoods, he knows a lot about homes. Whether it was flooring, HVAC etc. he knew about it. Buying a house is such a big decision and I am so happy we had Chris by our side. We ended up finding the perfect home in Roselle. Highly recommend using Chris as your realtor!
