We loved watching the wedding shows and she encouraged me to start my business. After I did, we still discussed weddings, but the fun thing was that I was able to discuss the weddings I had the honor of coordinating! Now, each time we get to work with a couple, we spend time finding out what makes your relationship unique and work with you to bring that to life!

Heidi was amazing! She was very communicative through out our entire wedding planning process and made our wedding look fantastic. My wife is very particular and often has a tough time letting go of projects because she's afraid things won't turn out as well if she doesn't do it herself. Heidi helped ease her fears by working closely with her to understand her vision for our event and took total control of the day. She assisted with several parts of our wedding including, setting up tables, configuring decor, coordinating with vendors, and keeping our wedding schedule on track. I highly recommend Heidi!

My wedding took place on August 31, 2018 and it wasn’t until 4 to 5 weeks before my wedding that I decided I needed a day of coordinator. When I read the reviews for Blanchard Spevial Events, they really impressed me. From the first time I spoke with Heidi, she put me at ease. She really took the time to talk to me about what I envisioned for my wedding day and was just so willing to help in any way possible. I had no idea how important that would be until I realized that I hadn’t purchased the flowers and some of the decor that I needed for the wedding venue. This was two days before the wedding and without Heidi‘s help, things just would not have come together the way they did. She worked with the venue decorator to pull together the look that I wanted with items that she had access to. She also managed to keep me calm from the day of the walk-through right through the wedding. I greatly appreciate her patience, knowledge of how the wedding should flow, and outstanding ability to work with people. Choosing to work with her was one the best decisions I made and I am so grateful to Heidi for everything she did to help make my wedding a beautiful success.

We hired Heidi as a day of wedding coordinator and it felt like we hired a full-time coordinator. From the beginning she was always willing to give advice and direction. When my wife and I were unsure of the best approach we called on Heidi to help us decide. When it came down to the weeks before our wedding she was in constant contact always willing to take on a project when we realized we were stretched to thin. On the day of the wedding she was onsite at 8am working with her crew to get things ready for our 6pm wedding. She did an amazing job coordinating with all of the other vendors. Throughout our event she executed our schedule with grace and when the unforeseen arose she had a solution immediately. We are so grateful to Heidi for making our wedding a magical event. You wont find a better coordinator.

I highly recommend Heidi she helped walk us though all the wedding planning and preparations for our daughters wedding. Suggesting things and decorating the venue and ordering additional items needed for the big day. On the day of the wedding - she made it so stressless for our family! What a coordinator!     I like to get to know each of our couples individually so we are happy to schedule a call or face to face meeting before you make a decision.
