John came out to look at some outlets and ceiling fan that were not working properly in a new home we recently bought. We also could not get our Google Nest thermostat to work and he was able to troubleshoot the issue pretty quickly. He removed two chandeliers for us as well. John told me exactly what we needed to fix these issues and he was able to fix the ceiling fan the same morning and schedule a follow up visit to take care of the outlets, which require more work than I would have even known. John is super knowledgeable about all things electrical and gave me options on which route I wanted to go for these repairs. He is super responsive via text/call and is very passionate about honest work and transparency. I cant recommend him enough, and look forward to the continued partnership in the future!

John was referred to us by a trusted friend who knows real estate and she was right on! He is very pleasant to work with, communicative as other reviews have already said. He's been a consummate professional, very obviously takes pride in his craftsmanship. Our basement needed unexpected waterproofing & foundation work from another company which left our budget pretty tight. John was able to work within our budget, talking through what was possible and saving us money as he could. He even found unfinished work from another company and helped guide us to correct it. We're now hiring him to tuck point a corner of our house. He's reliable and great to work with. Highly recommend!
