Our private practice allow us to spend the necessary time to care for each patient. Unrestricted, our patients may be treated from 45 - 90 minutes to achieve good results. This may include therapeutic exercises, nutritional guidance, apply various acupuncture and body work techniques, discussion of overall health concerns and how to improve.
A natural segue from martial arts training to traditional Chinese medicine allowed me to deepen my understanding of eastern philosophy, the root of Acupuncture. Teaching over the years and now having a private practice allows me to impart much of my experience to the benefit of all patients. You will enjoy the treatment protocols and the simple, effective tips and exercises you are encouraged to use. We look forward to having a mutually beneficial time with all patients.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Yosef for about the last 10 years or so.... and no one is more professional and thorough and effective than Yosef.....he is the best and I recommend him to all of my clients, plus he is very gentle, a great care giver !!! I go for stress relief and relaxation and general health......and his treatments are healing and keep me going !!!

I have known Yosef for 20 years personally and professionally. He has help me with my Tai Chi on many levels and I wish I could study with him regularly.

Yosef made me a believer in acupuncture. He also offers excellent suggestions on healthy lifestyle changes. I highly recommend acupuncture as an alternative to traditional medicine. And I highly recommend Yosef as one of the best Acupuncturists in Oak Park.
