FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to ensure you receive the best competitive price for your event. Our quote will include all fees associated with your location and are tailored to match your event's unique needs. The valet parking cost can vary significantly by region and even by ZIP code. This price includes the valet service itself and may fluctuate based on factors such as the event's duration, the number of guests, the number of vehicles, the rent of parking spaces, insurance requirements, and specific locations. Additional expenses, such as shuttle services, security personnel, or other special requests, can also contribute to the overall cost. If you are planning the event in a City like Chicago or Evanston, be aware that most venues do not provide a free parking lot however, some venues outside the cities do offer free parking lots near the venue or there are free municipal lots. For home parties’ events usually, residential parking is the option. If the event location does not have a complimentary parking lot or garage, or free on-street parking the cost of renting the lot or garage will be added to the valet service. “At Valet Parking 1991 LLC We are committed to offering you the best value for our exceptional service.”
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When evaluating a valet parking company, ask about their experience, insurance, staff training, and customer service. Inquire about their pricing models, background checks, and how they handle potential issues like vehicle damage or lost keys. Also, check for online reviews and referrals to gauge their reputation. Check if the company is in good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State. You can check our company at the Illinois Secretary of State Business Entity Search, as well as other companies that may be of interest for your event. You will be surprised to find that some companies are not in good standing or have the status of involuntary dissolution due to non-compliance. Insurance and Liability Questions: • What type of insurance do you carry? Ensure they have adequate liability insurance to cover potential damage or incidents. • What are the limits of your insurance coverage? Understand the financial protection offered by their insurance policies. Valet companies are generally required to provide you with a service agreement and proof of insurance upon request.
