- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Review our menus and note the pricing at the bottom for each menu. Most often, a customized menu is created to the client's preferences, and pricing is determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote is sent to a potential client, we then schedule a telephone call. In this call we typically customize one of our existing menus to create a perfect buffet menu, beverage service, and service to meet the exact needs of the event. From this call, we will either send a contract for hire, or schedule an in-person meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Owner of ChiTownChef Events & Education, I, Chef Nada Lunsford, bring to your event 20 years of food service, event, and professional cooking experience. I obtained my Professional Chef title at the College of Lake County, Illinois. I currently teach Culinary Arts at a community college, I am also certified in Manager's Food Safety, Hospitality, as well as have a BA in Business Administration.
