In threw a birthday party for my friend last month and we had found Julia online while looking for some fun and classy party decorations. We asked what she can do for our budget and were surprised of the beautiful backdrop, balloons and the neon lights that she put togeter. Very classy, very clean, and sophisticated work. Our pictures turned out great and she went above and beyond to provide the best value for a very reasonable price. Will go back to her every time we have an event.
