They had a helpful technician out within 24 hours and the repair was completed within an hour's time. Paul the technician was courteous, clean and efficient. Tests were done thoroughly and I was provided with a list of great recommendations for future care and preventative maintenance. A follow up call was made to me, to ensure I was satisfied and to address any additional concerns that may be present. If the opportunity arises, I would not hesitate to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates. When you download the "Brian and Sons" app on your mobile device you will receive a coupon for one clean and check for only $89.99. We also offer a yearly Preventative Maintenance plan starting at $225.00, as well as other savings through our Brian and Sons website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to call our customers to set up an appointment (Usually a 2-hour window frame). Once the work date is scheduled we call before we come to your house. We are also able to send a picture of the scheduled technician to you upon request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Management and technicians are constantly taking classes to stay up to date on anything and everything new.
