I messaged Gerardo re a Reno project. He was responsive, initially, we set up a time for him to check out the property a couple days later. He came by, did a walkthrough and he mentioned I’d receive a quote by Friday or Saturday. By Friday evening, I hadn’t heard from him, I texted him if he’d like my email address to send it to. No response. Sent him a message on thumbtack, he responded yes. By Saturday evening I had not received anything from him nor heard from re any delays. I called, he sent me to voicemail. I texted. No response. I messaged him on thumbtack, no response. Sunday morning about 10a, I called again. Sent me to voicemail but texted he was out of town and he’d call me that evening. Okay what does that have to do with my estimate? Why wasn’t this mentioned prior? I replied back was he still planning to provide an estimate? No response. I also left a frustrated voicemail. It is now Tuesday morning and I still haven’t heard from him.

Gerardo was a total waste of my time. A liar. Unreliable. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. I can’t imagine what it’s like actually working with him if he can’t even do the bare minimum.
