Ozzy was extremely responsive from the very beginning. He reached out promptly, explained in detail what was going on with my railing situation, and clearly outlined the work that needed to be done. I needed my existing indoor railing replaced with a code-compliant system and a side handrail added along the entire staircase.
Ozzy arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Even though I wasn’t physically present during the installation, he kept me informed throughout the process with detailed communication and progress updates. The project was fairly complex, but he completed everything professionally and efficiently in a single day.
The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and his professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail were exceptional. I was so impressed that two of my neighbors asked for his business card after seeing the finished result. I highly recommend Ozzy to anyone looking for quality railing installation and excellent customer service.
Ozzie is professional. responsive, and does great work. He put in two wooden gates, a pergola, and a vinyl fence section. He is responsive and does a good job communicating. His job bid was in-line with other similar contracting professionals. The work was timely and exceeded our expectations.

We loved this company! They did what they said they would do and were incredible. They were very professional, and communication was excellent. They picked up and cleaned everything after they were done and went the extra mile on craftmanship. We will definitely use them again in the future, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs work done in their home. You won't be disappointed.
Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Bedroom • Already have plans - just need installation • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible
