I made contact with Mike one evening, and he came to look at my father's roof the next morning. It turned out that he had good news for us, as no immediate repairs or replacement were needed. I have been in the Home Improvement industry for over 40 years. In that time I have roofed/re-roofed well over 100 homes, 27 of them on the same street as my residence. Two years ago and approaching my 60th B-day, I contracted what has become my last roof. Simply getting too old. Shortly thereafter, I was working in a neighborhood installing new windows, a house in the same neighborhood was getting a new roof. A crew from Top Tech Construction was doing the job. As an experienced roofer, I began to critique their actions. I was very impressed with the way they worked together. Every member of the crew knew what had to be done and they completed the job promptly. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Since then, when I have a customer inquire about a roofing job, I refer them to TTC. Top Tech Const. has done roofing and gutters now for some of my prior clients and also 1 of my co-workers. No complaints.I strongly recommend that You contact Top Tech Construction if You are considering a new roof, gutters, etc...

Working with Top Tech Construction was a wonderful experience and they did an amazing job on my home. I was in desperate need of new gutters when my old metal gutters were rusted through and causing leaks in the basement. I had a lot of issues with even getting a quote from other companies when a friend referred me to Top Tech Construction. They worked around my schedule and came out later that day for the inspection. We walked around the house together to discuss the different option with what work I wanted and needed done. They addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I got the quote the next day, the work started the following week, it only took a day to be completed and the best part no leaky basement any more. I have an old farm house so I will defiantly be contacting Top Tech Construction again soon for my next project, maybe some new siding to go with the new gutters.

It's hard to find a roofing company who is responsive and didn't want to charge for an estimate. Mike from top tech construction was very personable and responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Top Tech did a great job of communicating throughout the process. We had skylights that needed replaced but their size was not carried anymore by any manufacturer. Mike offered a creative solution that saved us a lot of money both now and in the future if they ever need replaced again. Supplies arrived on time and the crew was out the next day to do the roof replacement. Thank you, Top Tech Construction!
