The BEST EVER! I called Fast Service Appliance Repairs to service an older Kenmore fridge that wasnt cooling properly. I was given same day service and the tech arrived during the time estimated. He was extremely courteous and cordial and well-versed in his profession! His explanation of the problem was explained in terms I could understand. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the part he was replacing and the repair was completed and tested. What a relief! And he even cleaned up after himself! A+

Very professional! Prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had my own preconceived ideas about my washing machine problems but Sam patiently walked me through the possible situations and my appliances were working fine when he leftmy house.I will definitely use them again and refer to others if needed.
