Very professional! They responded to my request and came out the next day. The cleaners arrived on time with their own supplies. Additional fees were communicated up front. The company charges for the job, not by the hour. I felt comfortable leaving them while I went to a meeting because I didn’t have to worry about them “running up the clock”. I sent a list of things I wanted them to pay special attention to and they did it. I will definitely use them again.

I used Go Smart to clean my 4 bedroom house, the flat rate pricing was attractive knowing the whole house would be cleaned without worrying about time, however they did not seem as thorough as what I am used to with hourly cleaners. They cleaned the whole house in about 2 hours with a crew of 3, which was nice to have it done so quickly. As mentioned though, attention to detail was lacking and it felt like a rushed cleaning. For example, we have a toddler and the base kitchen cabinets get food all over them, but the exterior of the cabinets were not cleaned. Window sills were also not wiped down. Overall, I would recommend them and probably use again, but would have to make sure to ask the cleaners to be sure to get those details.
