Dan has done some great work in our house installing speakers, mounting TV's, canned lighting, programming remotes and networking our entertainment system.I'd highly recommend him for your audio job.

Home Theater Surround Sound System Installation
Dan was quick to respond and very polite on the phone. He was able to schedule an evening appt and showed up on time. He quickly fixed the AV issues we were having (surrond speakers not working, blue ray not working, too many remotes, how to use apps) after a handyman messed things up working on another project for us. Dan was patient with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend him. And as a bonus, he was fairly priced. Although our project was small, he has over a decade of experience and I would trust him with a larger project. He is very knowledgeable.

TV Mounting
Dan did a great job, was on-time, very knowledgebale and was able to make adjustments to a few of the things that came up. I have a few more jobs that I would not get anyone else but Dan to do it. I will be recommending him to family and friends who have any sort of audio/video needs.

FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process really depends on the job required. If the job sounds like it is pretty straightforward than usually I would scheduling an appointment and have all the tools ready in my work vehicle to get the job done right away. If I think it more of a project based request than I will schedule a site survey visit and discuss all the options available and if there would be any potential issues that could arise. I would follow this up with a formal detailed estimate describing the work that would be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After graduating High School in 2002 I went to Lincoln Technical Institute College where I received my Electronic System Certification. From there I got immediately hired with a Custom Audio Video company where I spent the following 14 years working.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have experience with all different levels of clients. Some is an easy TV hang with maybe a Soundbar addition or maybe reconfiguring their system to make it easier for them to use. I also have experience working in multi-million dollar houses equipped with whole house lighting systems , motorized windows & shades, distributed audio & video throughout, networking equipment, motorized TV lifts, etc.. I try to help anyone who has technology needs.
