- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Music lessons are charged on a pay as you go basis with options to prepay for discounted rates based on the length of enrollment purchased in advance. Customers can purchase a single lesson to experience before committing to extended periods of enrollment for discounted rates upto. 1. Quarterly Prepaid Discounted Enrollment $35/0.5 hr/wk/3mo (1st payment to include this 4 months to avoid prorated rates on the 1st month) - 2. Monthly prepaid discounted enrollment $40/0.5 hr/wk/mo prepaid one month in advance. (1st payment includes an 2 months to avoid prorated rates on the 1st month) - 3. Month to month enrollment $45 / 0.5 hr/wk 4. Pay as you go enrollment single lessons $50 / 0.5 hr/wk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started customers can register for a phone conference to discuss musical goals, availability, and enrollment options before purchase. No payment is required to register. Availability is provided in order of registration. After discussing the details payment will book requested time slots and guarantee availability. No time slots are guaranteed until payment has been made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I am primarily classically-trained, as a student of theory and composition I study, write, perform, and teach in a variety of styles and genre. I been playing rock, alternative, funk, jazz, improvisation, and formally studied music all throughout grade school, high school, and college. He received his associate's degree from Moraine Valley Community College where he studied Theory I - IV, classical piano, classical guitar, and played guitar in the Moraine Valley Jazz Band. I was recommended to the guitar and composition programs at DePaul University School of Music in Chicago, Illinois. I currently study music theory and cognition and I'm fascinated with music's effects on the human brain and potential medical uses as a therapy.
