I reached out to Charles on Thursday evening and he was in my home, fixing my oven a couple hours later.
He explained what was happening, he discussed the life of different oven parts and was able to tell very quickly what was going wrong.
It took him a very short amount of time to fix my oven.
He even talked to me about tips on doorknob repair. Where to go, what to purchase and how to do it myself to save a little money.
This guy is awesome.

My experience with Charles Repair Service was excellent. The response to asking for service was quick and setting up a time was painless. Charles was right on time and worked efficiently to diagnosis the malfunction of my microwave and was forthcoming with all recommendations in a very reasonable amount of time. I am extremely pleased with the entire matter and he certainly earns five stars from me.

Though my dishwasher still doesn’t work, Charles was pretty knowledgeable about my concerns. I needed to narrow down the issue and it turns out I need an electrician instead of appliance repair (which I was afraid of). Charles responded right away, and came at a time that was convenient for both of us. When I buy my new dishwasher, I’ll be calling back!
