He came out in less than 2 hours of me contacting him. He identified & corrected the issue on the spot. Would recommend & use his service again without question. He also gave me part numbers I could purchase and fix myself without having to use him if need be in the near future if necessary. Extremely satisfied with his service.

Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with. From beginning to finish he was polite and professional. He responded to my project right away and was very responsive. He was able to give me options that worked with my schedule. On the day of the project he was on time. He was thorough with explaining the issues and told me step by step what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself and waited to make sure the issue was resolved. I can’t recommend Charles enough!

We needed 4 different appliances fixed form a couple of our rental units and Charles took care of all of them. He kept me updated throughout and gave me a few options after figuring out each problem. One in particular was a bit more difficult but he kept on trying to fix it regardless and was able to find the problem. He didn't even charge me extra even for all that extra work for the one unit either! A Man of his word and trustworthy. Important considering I couldn't personally be at the units that day Definitely recommend

I really value the knowledge and expertise that Charles offers. He was able to quickly assess the source of two different malfunctions with my Samsung dishwasher. He gave an exact cost of the price of parts to replace to help inform if buying a new dishwasher might make more sense. He also helped me find a new knob to replace the broken one for my long-used clothes dryer. It comes across that he really wants to be resourceful. Lastly, Charles just comes across as a nice person who you can feel at ease letting into your home.
