The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and clearly knew what they were doing. They fixed the leak quickly and even took the time to show me the problem areas and explain the repairs they made. He addressed all my concerns and answered any questions i had, he came by on his day off to let me borrow his ladder so I could get a branch out of my gutter that got blown down.
