We ensure that every detail is pristine and that the best fabrics are use so that you receive the best quality products we can provide. While our core is made up of elegant wedding dresses, we would be delighted to help with any project you need! Here at El Faro we also pride ourselves on working with customers of all shapes, sizes, and creeds!
We do offer discounts on bulk orders over of over 25 items, and we can have custom images and logos converted to embroidery for an additional fee.

Our studio is based in the beautiful park Forest Illinois in south suburbs

Clients are kindly required to come to the studio to maintain quality and efficiency of services.For bulk embroidery orders, we offer a convenient logistics option. Client may ship their products directly to the studio, and once the work is completed, all items will be carefully packaged and shipped back to the clients thank you for your understanding and l look forward to working with you

I had him embroider several crosses for robes. He did an excellent job. The embroidery was crisp and clean. It actually looks better than what the papal tailor in Rome produces! He's very reasonably priced and stands behind his work. You couldn't get more perfect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide a 10% discount to customers ordering more than 25 items with custom embroidery. There is also a $30 rush fee for any embroidery that needs completed in less than a week and any dress that needs completed in less than 60 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our customers looking for alterations or custom pieces we generally start with an in person appointment to take measurements and to discuss exactly what our customers are looking for. We will discuss designs, suitable fabrics, details ect. The next set of appointments will include the various stages of fitting. During these appointments we will check fit, design elements, and make any adjustments needed to produce the dress of your dreams! Custom dresses are generally able to go home by the fourth fitting, but there are exceptions for some more sophisticated styles!
Our embroidery clients will do a phone/messenger consult with sample images to discuss the designs they are looking for and the timeline they need them completed within. We will then do a second consult appointment to review our sample designs and to receive a quote! The timeframe for embroidery projects depends on the quantity of items that will be embroidered, but most projects under 25 items will take 1-2 weeks to complete.

I received a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from two separate universities!
