Working with Chicagoland Valuation Group was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I worked with Tom who was highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in conducting the appraisal of our two-flat building as part of an estate process for beneficiaries. He went above and beyond to assist us in navigating an unexpected challenge during the process, ensuring we remained informed and fully supported every step of the way. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exactly what was needed made the entire experience seamless, and I would confidently recommend the firm to anyone seeking a reliable appraisal partner.

Tom arrived on time and did a great job measuring the size with a laser tool. We had a really difficult task because it was a very large house with some personal belongings in the way but he was able to conduct his business in a timely fashion while at the same time doing a very thorough appraisal.

If you want an appraiser who is honest, incredibly detailed, and completely objective, Tom is the person to hire. He provided a fair and precise appraisal, taking full account of existing property damage to deliver an accurate 'as-is' valuation. His report was meticulous and highly professional. I am very grateful for his integrity and expertise throughout the process. Highly recommend!
