We can help you with all phases of home construction or remodeling, including architecture and design, repair, custom cabinetry, furniture building and refinishing, custom woodworking, interior and exterior painting, all floor coverings, ceramic tile, or any other type of enhancement you would like to consider to make your dream home a dream come true. If you have the idea, we have the skills to do it.
Whether it is a full rebuild or just a temporary fix, we will give you our all to take care of all your needs, because there is no project that is too big or too small; we handle it all.
We also specialize in rental properties. If you have one or many income-producing properties, we can take care of them as well. Whether it is a simple leaky faucet or a complete remodel, we can take all the headaches away from you by taking on those never-ending problems when it comes to rental properties. We also offer 24-hour emergency services for those times when the unexpected happens. There is nothing worse than having a hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and you have no one to help. We are here to take that worry away.

This past fall, we had the pleasure of working with Joe. He designed us a wonderful deck and finished our dark cold basement in to a beautiful warm living area!
The first time we met with him, we knew he was the right person for our job. He explained in detail exactly what and how he would perform the job. No one else who gave us a bid did that and his bid was well below any one else's we received. Once we hired him he performed everything he specified and more, even though we kept changing and adding jobs. Nothing upset him!
I would also like to compliment his staff. Mark and Joey were both very polite and helpful and they were both excellent workers.
We will see Joe again in April to stain our new deck and paint our fence. We would defiantly hire Joe again!!

I recently had Joe do a complete renovation on the inside of my house. He completely remodeled the kitchen, basement and attic. It went from drab to fab!!!
He also updated the exterior of my home, by adding a new roof, shutters and custom built fence and shed.
Joe is a consummate professional. He is very detail oriented. He often says if we are going to do , lets do it right! He gave me a timeframe on all of the work and it was completed within the time he suggested.
I would definitely recommend Joe and Prism Home Repairs for any work needed.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism Prism painting brings to the table, from the quoting process til the project is finished. They show up on time, dressed for the work that need be done. Projects are started on time and finished on time with no surprises on the invoice. I manage several remote offices and it is rare to find someone who you hand off a project to and sleep at night knowing it will get done right, on time, with little to no disturbance to our work force and the invoice matches the quote. I’d recommend Prism for any project you may have with a great level of confidence that you will be pleased with the final result.

Joe is the consummate professional. We could not have found a more able contractor to take care of our "eyesore". Joe has transformed our home into the "jewel" of the neighborhood. Beautiful new fence, gorgeous deck (that he custom built in an octagon shape), and extensive repairs to a damaged fireplace and cedar siding. Now he is putting the "icing on the cake" by painting and trimming. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Greico. Joe will be helping us plan a new kitchen for the future and we look forward to working with him again. Thank you Joe from the bottom of our hearts.
