My water feature designs are informed by advanced, hands-on training through Aquascape Inc. at “The Water Garden Capital of the World” in Illinois.
Every pond includes a biological filtration system, pump, 45mil EPDM liner, natural rockwork, aquatic plants, and underwater lighting. I design water features to blend into your landscape and be enjoyed year-round, from summer blooms to winter ice formations.
You’ll be guided through each step, from layout and excavation to boulder placement, lighting, and final fill. A new pond is a living ecosystem, so I’ll also help you understand the normal balancing period as it matures.

Robert did a great job with installing my ceiling fan and installing my bew kitchen faucet and glass rinser. He was quick and had great prices. He was easy to work with and arrived exactly on time. I have already set up more projects for him to help me out with.

Great work!! I highly recommend using him for T.V. Wall mounts and assembling exercise equipment. He was punctual professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him for future projects.
Robert installed a new rail on our front stairs. It's sturdy and the work was thorough. He was able to come out and fix it before a major snowstorm was going to hit last Thanksgiving, and provided us with the help we needed just in the nick of time. I will be calling him in the spring with a few more projects.

I hired RW Services to hang a ceiling fan in my living room, which has a 20-ft vaulted ceiling and is a bit of a daunting task. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour minimum.
Every job will differ in price depending on the project.
I'm available to collect all materials or additional hardware/supplies needed. Large appliances or furniture, etc; I REQUIRE an additional $200, to be picked up and delivered.
All jobs are an estimate. Therefore, the necessary work performed may differ from the estimated cost of the completed project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, ask their name and the services I may help with. Discuss the matter in full detail. I provide the customer with a rough estimate for the job. We then determine a date and time best for the customer. I collect the customers service location and confirm their best contact information.
