Are you a busy person? Not enough time in your busy day to clean your home the way you want? I can do it for you so you can get other things done. I have 5 years of experience. I can also provide references if you would like them. I am trustworthy, reliable, very thorough and hardworking. I offer reasonable rates, and I am very flexible. I even clean on weekends at no extra charge. I can also run errands, and make meals for the elderly. I offer daily cleans, weekly cleans, bi- weekly, monthly, one time cleans, clean outs, and after construction clean up. I am available Monday-Sunday. I provide all cleaning products. You would only have to supply a vacuum and paper towels. At the time we meet, I will provide you with a list of cleaning products that I use as well as a list of the services that I do in your home. I charge by the home not by the hour. Charges are the following: - 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath (this also includes 2 story home with same room and bath) is $100 for the first clean and $80 a clean after that - Larger homes depending on the size are $160 for the first clean and $140 a clean after that - Smaller homes are $80 first clean, then $65 after that - One-time cleans are based on a first time clean for the size of your home - Clean outs are $170 if it is not too heavy; for heavier cleans, it is $200 I also do refer a friend. If you refer me to a friend, and they have me clean at least once, you get $15 off your next clean, and there are no limits to referrals.
