Jack was very professional and did a great job installing a basement window. It was a very odd job (escape window) and he created a way to make it work for us by building a frame for it. He was very pleasant and did great work. First picture was the best I could do to secure it in place during the winter and second photo is of Jacks work. Hard to see, but the window now fits securely with no gaps and can still be easily removed if we needed to in case of emergency.
