- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project, surface condition, and scope of work. We offer seasonal specials and promotional discounts that must be mentioned at the time of the estimate or quote. Pricing includes standard surface preparation and materials unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for extensive repairs, special coatings, travel outside our service area, or unforeseen conditions. We believe in transparent pricing and provide detailed estimates so customers know exactly what to expect before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs and the scope of the project. We then schedule an on-site estimate to assess the space, surface conditions, and any preparation required. After the estimate, we provide a detailed written quote outlining the work to be performed. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work using professional materials and proven techniques, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction.
