- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we provide free estimates based on the scope of work. Discounts may be available for seniors, veterans, property managers, landlords with multiple properties, and customers scheduling multiple services at once. We work hard to provide quality work at competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s needs and project goals. Then I schedule a site visit or review photos, provide a detailed estimate, answer any questions, and set a schedule. Throughout the project I keep communication open, provide updates, and make sure the customer is satisfied before considering the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in property maintenance, home improvement, rehabilitation projects, demolition, drywall repair, painting, landscaping, and general contracting services. I continue learning new techniques and best practices to provide quality workmanship and professional service.
