- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $80 diagnostic fee, which will be applied toward the cost of parts and labor if you proceed with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First, we schedule a service visit at a time that works for you. During the visit, we perform a full diagnostic to identify the issue. We then explain what’s wrong, review your repair options, and provide upfront pricing. If you approve the repair, we apply the diagnostic fee toward the total cost and complete the repair—either the same day or once parts arrive. We test the appliance to make sure it’s working properly before we leave.
