Mark’s stellar reviews don’t lie and now I can add my review to the list! I hired Mark to frame and install a drop down ladder from my garage ceiling to gain easier access to a part of my attic. Mark was very responsive from my initial inquiry through the end of the project. We had an area walled to create a bedroom. The work Mark did was superior. You would think it was part of original construction. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms where there were no fixtures. Mark will be our go to source for construction needs. HIGHLY recommended. AND we're thoroughly pleased.

I hired Mark to complete the majority of a bathroom remodel. I hired his team to install drywall, mud and tape the drywall. I also had him tile the shower and the floor. Mark also did the shower plumbing, installed a new tub, fixed a bad tub drain, hung two doors, installed casing and framed a window.
Mark's price was reasonable. He was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But his communication led me to hiring him. The job was expected to take 5 days, however he ended up finishing on a Saturday. He is honest, very giving with advice and does good work. He is a jack of all trades and if I ever need a hand, I now have contractor I can trust. I recommend him to my friends if they need some work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I give a cost for the labor and an estimate for materials. All materials I purchase receipts are submitted to customer for full reimbursement. In remodeling it’s always a good practice to let them know that there are almost always unforeseen labor costs. Many times it’s to correct what someone else has done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer in person.to is discuss and make suggestions & or recommendations for the project. Then I will do a walk through to help determine the needs and outcome the customer desires It's the most effective way to accurately quote a job

yes I'm always looking for the latest products and best procedures in the industry
