Mark’s stellar reviews don’t lie and now I can add my review to the list! I hired Mark to frame and install a drop down ladder from my garage ceiling to gain easier access to a part of my attic. Mark was very responsive from my initial inquiry through the end of the project. Mark went above and beyond, allowing me to add on additional work without complaint and charged an appropriate amount for the additional time (installing boards to the attic floor, adding lighting). Mark was fantastic, he went above and beyond when installing my 3 new toilets and new console sink and his bid was the lowest. He also fixed a gas leak in the stove and didn't talk anything on to the bill. I've already started a list of other jobs for him to tackle.

I had 2 toilets installed. Mark met me at lowes to pick up the toilets. He inspected them to make sure they were not broken before we left the store. He communicates well throughout the entire process and did a great job installing the toilets in my home. Would definitely hire him again.

We had an area walled to create a bedroom. The work Mark did was superior. You would think it was part of original construction. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms where there were no fixtures. Mark will be our go to source for construction needs. HIGHLY recommended. AND we're thoroughly pleased.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I give a cost for the labor and an estimate for materials. All materials I purchase receipts are submitted to customer for full reimbursement. In remodeling it’s always a good practice to let them know that there are almost always unforeseen labor costs. Many times it’s to correct what someone else has done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer in person.to is discuss and make suggestions & or recommendations for the project. Then I will do a walk through to help determine the needs and outcome the customer desires It's the most effective way to accurately quote a job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes I'm always looking for the latest products and best procedures in the industry
