Called after my AC stopped working in the summer and not only was he able to arrive to my house quickly he was able to finish the job fast! He also explained what most likely went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

Victor was a pleasure to meet. He was punctual and stayed in communication with his arrival time and was flexible to my schedule to come out for the Service call. He didn’t inundate me with nuisance messages. Very professional and friendly. He came to my home to fix a vent for my furnace where the humidifier used to be until it was broken by the cat jumping up on top of it. I had searched many places for a replacement and could not find the correct size. I never discussed with him replacing the humidifier, only just for him to seal up the opening. When he arrived, he informed me that from the pictures that I sent him he believes he found the right size humidifier. (that’s amazing within itself just by viewing a picture with no measurements or anything), and offered to check first if it would fit and not charge me if it didn’t. He went above and beyond what the Service call was for, and I’m very appreciative of that. He didn’t pressure me to purchase the humidifier. It was up to me if I wanted to or not, but he wanted to give me that option. I took him up on his offer and allowed him to replace the unit. His price for the unit and installation was very reasonable. It is so hard to find people that take pride and standby their work. He did a great job and left no mess. He cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.
