payed the $50 extra charge for a sanitizing service that I was told was not performed as the "ducts had rust" and I would be emailed a receipt for the $325 ($275 + $50) cash payment and be mailed a $50 refund check (in "2 to 7 days") and after multiple phone calls Neither has happened.
