What really sets Nick apart is his honesty and problem-solving ability. There were several times when we thought a repair would require a much bigger and more expensive fix, but Nick came up with creative solutions that worked perfectly. He was also honest when something didn’t actually need to be repaired, even though he easily could have taken our money and done unnecessary work.
