Ken is professional, responsive, and flexible. We bought the wrong disposal and he explained to us what we needed. He allowed us to run out and get the correct one and he came back within 15 minutes of us calling him to come back. He is very personable. We would definitely use his services again.

Kenneth showed up right on time. He reviewed with me what I wanted done, and explained what he found and fixed after he was finished. He was not the cheapest listing, but not the most expensive either. I felt his price was very fair. Very nice gentleman. I will definitely call him for future projects. I can't see into the gutters, so I cannot verify the work quality until the next time it rains. That said, he seemed very competent and professional.
