- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our customers with an all inclusive proposal when we come to their home. It is not an estimate therefore the price will not change as long as the scope of the project remains the same. We are typically not the least expensive, we charge enough to get the job done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls in we will discuss their project, schedule a free in-home consultation and answer any questions they may have. We will send an email confirming their information and appointment day and time. On the day of the consultation our design associate will show up in our mobile showroom, which has over 3000 samples of flooring. They will discuss the project in order to find the best flooring options, measure the space, bring in products for the customer to look at and then create an all inclusive proposal based on the products chosen and scope of the project. Our design associate will then work with the customer to find a product they love at a price they are comfortable with. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matt has a degree in finance and Karen has a degree in education. Both of our fathers however were electricians and skilled in many trades. Our exposure to this growing up sparked an interest in home improvements.
