It has been a pleasure working with Josh on cleaning out my investment. Items had been hoarded in the house for years. I was shocked by how spotless the place was. Darn near couldn’t recognize place. After he was done it was very close to move in ready condition. Josh was a life saver and has fair prices. Will definitely use his services again when the opportunity arises!

Very nice but hard to pin down date and time. I had to call him 3 times to verify a time. But once he arrived, he removed my desk and chair quickly. I'd advise him to respond in a more timely manner and accept credit cards or PayPal. I'm surprised he took a check from a perfect stranger. Very nice guys tho.
